Please read these terms carefully, and print and keep a copy of them for your reference.

This Terms and Conditions supersede any prior terms and conditions or any general or specific terms and conditions of the Customer. Every product order placed on the Site, presupposes the prior consultation and the acceptance by the Customer of the Terms and Conditions.

RGK Wheelchairs Ltd has partnered up with World Pay to process all payments. World Pay handles all payments for the RGK Wheelchairs E-commerce platform

2. Ordering process

The ordering process on the Site consists of following steps:

  • Locate the product you want to purchase by navigating to the relevant page on the website
  • Select the product by, clicking on the product you want to purchase
  • Type in the quantity you require and click “Add to cart”
  • You can access the shopping cart by clicking the “Shopping cart” option which will appear in the paragraph of text at the top of the screen
  • Check the details of your order then click on the “Checkout” option at the bottom of the screen
  • Create an account or Log into your account.
  • Enter your invoicing details then click “Continue”
  • Enter your shipping details and add any other comments, such as instructions on where to leave the order if you’re out when it’s delivered. Click “Continue”
  • Select a payment method and click the box to confirm you agree to the terms and conditions. Click “Continue”
  • Review your order & information then click “Confirm Order” which will take you to the World Pay secure payment page

• Before the Customer submits the order, he/she will be given the opportunity to review his/her details, the selection and check the total price of the order including the shipping charges. In case the Customer needs to correct/adapt this information, he/she can simply go back to the relevant section and correct the necessary information.

After submitting the order, RGK Wheelchairs will send the Customer an e-mail confirming receipt of the order.

3. Acceptance of orders

To the maximum extent allowed under applicable law, all quotes or proposals are without engagement and without any obligation on RGK Wheelchairs Ltd part. Any order made by the Customer via the Site shall always be confirmed by RGK Wheelchairs Ltd by e-mail within 48 hours. The sales agreement is only entered into after RGK Wheelchairs Ltd has confirmed the order placed via e-mail.

If the products ordered are unavailable, RGK Wheelchairs Ltd reserves the right not to ship products. In that case, RGK Wheelchairs Ltd will inform the customer that the products are unavailable and return any payment received.

4. Prices

The price of the products the Customer orders on the Site is the price that is displayed on the Site at the time the Customer confirms the order as mentioned in the confirmation e-mail sent to the Customer. This price does not include shipping costs and VAT.

Shipping cost:
Our standard carriage charge is £7.88 +VAT to deliver to most parts of the UK. If you order over £100 worth of goods, your delivery is free.

Please note that if you live in Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey or Guernsey or if you have one of the following postcodes, your order will be re-directed to a member of the RGK Customer Services team, who will call you with an up-to-date delivery costing:  Delivery to the following postal codes will be £18.04 + VAT.

5. Payment

Once the sale has been confirmed by RGK Wheelchairs Ltd by e-mail. World Pay will send the Customer a card transaction confirmation:  With the invoice following via email once the goods have been despatched.

RGK Wheelchairs only accepts MasterCard and VISA for payment. Payments are debited at the time of order.

6. Delivery, Title and Risk

Unless otherwise provided in the email confirmation deliveries will be made within 2 to 5 working days following confirmation sent to the Customer.

The risk of loss, theft and whole or partial destruction of the products will be transferred to the Customer as soon as the product is delivered.

RGK Wheelchairs Ltd will use reasonable efforts to deliver the products ordered within the timescales indicated on the Site or on the confirmation e-mail sent to the Customer. These delivery timescales are estimates; they are not guaranteed delivery times. The Customer shall be exclusively liable for erroneously communicated delivery addresses. Where an order cannot be delivered on the address indicated by the Customer, RGK Wheelchairs Ltd reserves the right to immediately and automatically terminate the agreement, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies RGK Wheelchairs Ltd may have. In such event, RGK Wheelchairs Ltd will inform the Customer of the termination of the agreement in writing or by e-mail.

Without prejudice to Force Majeure, we apply a maximum delivery time of thirty (30) days (unless otherwise stated) as from the day following the day upon which the Customer has sent the relevant order to RGK Wheelchairs Ltd.  If the scheduled delivery date has been exceeded due to RGK Wheelchairs Ltd fault, the Customer has the right, without judicial intervention and upon simple notice, to cancel the order free of charge, to the extent RGK Wheelchairs Ltd has not yet sent the ordered products to the Customer at that moment. In case of such cancellation, RGK Wheelchairs Ltd will refund the amounts already paid to the Customer within thirty (30) days.

7. Withdrawal, Cancellation & Returns of products

7.1 Statutory Withdrawal Right

The Customer has the right to inform the supplier of his/her right to retract the sale, without payment of any fine and without giving a motive, within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery date of the product.

The Customer's right of retraction does not exist for personalized items, the following items are bespoke & custom made to the customers personnel specification and therefore exempt from the above regulators :-

If the Customer decides to cancel the sale, the Customer can use the RGK Wheelchairs Ltd “Cancellation Form” below (by cutting and pasting the selected text into an email, ensuring the subject heading is "Cancellation of Order". An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to the Customer, along with a returns number. The Customer shall return item/s without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you have communicated the decision to withdraw from the contract with RGK Wheelchairs Ltd.

RGK Wheelchairs Ltd, will reimburse all payments received from the Customer, within fourteen (14) days from the day on which RGK Wheelchairs Ltd is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw from the contract. However RGK Wheelchairs Ltd may withhold the reimbursement until RGK Wheelchairs Ltd has received the product back

RGK Wheelchairs Ltd will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as the Customer used for the initial transaction,

RGK Wheelchairs Ltd will not be required to reimburse the supplementary costs, if the Customer has expressly opted for a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by RGK Wheelchairs Ltd.

Where applicable, the customer will have to bear the cost of returning the goods in case of cancellation and, for distance contract, if the goods, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by the post, then RGK Wheelchairs Ltd can offer to arrange a collection on your behalf at the following cost £22.76 + VAT for mainland UK only.

7.1.1 The refunded amount

The refunded amount equals the price, incl. VAT, the Customer paid for the “product only”, excluding shipping costs the Customer has paid upon purchase and excluding costs of return paid by the Customer.

7.1.2 Procedure

The Customer has to contact RGK Wheelchairs Ltd, within 14 days after the date of delivery of the product.

The Customer will then be issued a returns authorisation number.  The Customer can either use the above “Cancellation Form” when returning goods or the Customer can return the goods along with the Company’s original despatch note indicating the issued “Returns Authorisation Number” which must accompany any returned goods.

The returned product should be complete, in good order/shape, non-defective and in the original packaging, returns that do not comply with the above conditions, RGK Wheelchairs Ltd reserve the right to deduct that amount from the refund, up to the value of the purchase price.

7.1.3 Refund lead-time

Customer will be reimbursed within 14 days following the receipt by RGK Wheelchairs Ltd of the product on the bank account used for the initial purchase.

Above right of return does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

8 Return of non-conforming products or faulty goods

RGK Wheelchairs Ltd, will repair, reimburse or exchange any defective, damaged during the transport, non-conforming product or faulty goods.  In such case, the Customer must promptly inform RGK Wheelchairs Ltd, via email or telephone 01543 670077 of such cases and will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

9. Age requirements

By ordering products on the Site, the Customer declares that he/she is an adult aged 18 or over or that he/she has obtained the explicit consent of his/her parents/legal guardians in case he/she has not yet reached the age of 18.

10. Force Majeure

RGK Wheelchairs Ltd shall not be liable in case of Force Majeure (i.e. all situations under which it is very difficult for RGK Wheelchairs Ltd  to comply with its obligations under the sales agreement, including but not limited to disaster, fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, actual or threatened terrorist attacks, acts of war, sabotage, explosion, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, revolutions and strikes, lockouts or labour disputes, government acts, accident or breakdown of plant or machinery, bugs in third party software, shortage of materials, failure by a utility provider (including electricity, gas, network or telecom provider) to provide services and any actions or omissions of third parties beyond its reasonable control).


11. After Sales Support, Warranty and Complaints

For any after sales support and questions the Customer can contact our RGK Wheelchairs Ltd, customer services team via telephone or email.  All complaints should be notified to as soon as possible from the delivery of the products.
The products are covered by a legal warranty of conformity.


12. Law Applicable
These conditions shall be governed and constructed in accordance with English law and all disputes in connection therewith shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
